Next, field teams verify assets using an approved process. They capture identity, location, condition, custodian, photographs, and tag information. Then, data specialists review duplicates, missing records, incorrect locations, and other exceptions.

Afterward, DOIT prepares a consolidated output for the client’s approved systems. The platform feeds verified field data into the client’s ERP or related system. It does not replace that ERP.

For regional projects, the workflow can support English and Arabic documentation where the client requires it. The exact deliverables depend on the approved scope and site requirements.
