Since 1989, We started in hurghada when it was just desert and sea , Heliopolis residence can be considered as a historical place in Hurghada , We started as a hotel under the name Sumer&Winter (s&w), then we added our 2nd project (ZAK Royal Wings Hotel)
1996 we decided to change S&W to a shopping center and restaurant area attached to the hotel .
2010 we decided to change to be a residence, whe
re people feel more comfortable then to stay in a hotel specially when we are in the best location at Hurghada downtown, so we made total renovation at the place and we gave it the name Heliopolis Residence .
