- This is my Family holiday house so please respect it as if it is yours
- I do manage the house from Italy therefore I won't be available at the property but we have a local supervisor who looks after the villa and will arrange check-in and check-out and help you out. The

- 2 floors + rooftop
- 3 king size bedrooms with private bathrooms
- 1 common restroom
- Kitchen
- Dining room
- Living room
The Guest House:
- 1 bunk bedroom with private bathroom
The whole property:
- Large garden surrounding the villa
- Private car parking
- Pool with pool bar
- Air conditioner in every room
- Television, music and DVD player in every bedroom
Optionals due to extra charge:
- Private Airport transfer, one-way or round-trip, anyday & anytime
- Car rental: a car will be placed directly into the Villa's car parking
- Fridge filling: just tell me what you would like to find into your fridge
- Pool heater, pool heated up to 28 C°. Ask 5 days in advance, 15 euro/day
- Wi-Fi, according to consume (5 euro/Giga)
