Luxor Temple is located at about a kilometer distance from the Family Home Luxor and Hatshepsut Temple and Medinet Habu are 4 km away. The city of Luxor is also easy to reach by just a 15 minute walk to the ferry and public transportation is available 24/7. Family Home Luxor is a two-story house in traditional Arabic style, simple but eloquent, with beautiful domes. The first floor is unoccupied, since it is unfinished, but on the second floor there is a fully equipped apartment. It has a private entrance and features a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms that fit up to three persons. The apartment is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fans, fridge, stove, kettle, closets, a dining area and satellite TV (free laundry service is available upon request). About food: as described, there is a fully functional, but simple, kitchen where you can cook yourself. However, if you don’t feel like cooking or going out to find a restaurant, we can provide fresh Egyptian home-made food, for an additional cost of $6 per meal per person (vegetarian and vegan option available upon request). Another thing: If you are interested in airport transfer or sightseeing tours, we can arrange that for you upon request.
