My wife and I just spent a month at Flats in Luxor Al Gezera. This is the third year we have stayed there. The flats are spacious and have a wonderful view of the Theban Hills. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large wraparound deck. Mahmoud is an excellent host. He is happy to arrange tours, boat rides, and shopping trips. This year ,as always, we had a felucca ride on the Nile followed by dinner on the water. We highly recommend Flats in Luxor. We like it so much that we have already booked for next year.
