What a fantastic day we had yesterday celebrating Canary Islands Day at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje 🇮🇨✨!⁣

🤍 Our hearts were filled with joy and the entire hotel came alive with the authentic spirit of the islands. Our staff proudly wore traditional Canary costumes, and we set up a very special corner featuring a delicious tasting of our most traditional local products.⁣
⁣
💙 Music and joy are a must for this celebration, so we had the absolute pleasure of enjoying an incredible performance by an authentic "parranda canaria" that got everyone dancing. ⁣
⁣
💛 On top of that, our amazing entertainment team went all out organizing tons of fun activities, from petanque matches to endless laughs on our water carpet!⁣

It was an unforgettable day sharing our traditions, our culture, and above all, magical moments as a family. Thank you so much to everyone who celebrated this day with us 🤗!⁣

🤍 Nuestros corazones se vistieron de fiesta y todo el hotel se llenó del auténtico espíritu de las islas. Nuestro equipo lució con muchísimo orgullo los trajes típicos canarios y preparamos un rincón muy especial con una deliciosa degustación de nuestros productos más tradicionales.⁣

💙 La música y la alegría no podían faltar, así que tuvimos el enorme placer de disfrutar de la increíble actuación de una auténtica parranda canaria que nos puso a todos a bailar de felicidad. ⁣

💛 Además, nuestro equipazo de animación lo dio todo organizando un montón de actividades súper divertidas, ¡desde partidas de petanca hasta las risas aseguradas en nuestra alfombra acuática!⁣

Yesterday, the 1st Canary Islands Breakfast Toast Championship took place at GastroCanarias, and our second chef from HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje, 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗼, 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲!⁣

His spectacular creation "Ternera, yema y humo" completely won over the judges.⁣
⁣
💙 But the most beautiful part of yesterday wasn’t just the trophy, it was seeing how when one of us shines, we all shine together. Tino wasn't alone; he was cheered on the whole time by a huge representation of our HOVIMA family. We were all there to support him—fellow chefs, directors from several hotels across the chain, the headquarters team… A true team, all pushing in the same direction!⁣

This award is a reflection of the talent, hard work, and passion that Tino pours into our kitchen every single day, but also of that spirit of unity and family that truly defines us at HOVIMA Hoteles.⁣

Ayer se celebró el 1er Campeonato de Canarias de Tostas de Desayuno en y nuestro segundo chef de HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje, 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗼, ¡𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘇𝗼́ 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗼! ⁣

Su espectacular creación "Ternera, yema y humo" conquistó por completo al jurado.⁣
⁣
💙 Pero lo más bonito de ayer no fue solo el premio, sino ver cómo cuando uno de los nuestros brilla, lo hacemos todos juntos. Tino no estuvo solo; estuvo arropado en todo momento por una gran representación de nuestra familia HOVIMA. Allí estuvimos para apoyarlo compañeros chefs, directores de varios hoteles de la cadena, equipo de la oficina central… ¡Toda una piña empujando en la misma dirección!⁣

The incredible toast created by our 2nd chef Tino didn't just win over the team at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje; it was also crowned the winner across the entire HOVIMA Hotels chain.⁣

And the journey doesn't stop there 💫!⁣

Because with his video submission, Tino has been selected for the grand final of the 1st Canary Islands Breakfast Toast Championship – Gran Premio Be Baker GastroCanarias & Europastry!⁣

His creation is called "Ternera, yema y humo" (Beef, Yolk, and Smoke). A culinary masterpiece on a crunchy base, where a spectacular beef carpaccio is paired with various textures of egg yolk, guacamole, and sun-dried tomato.⁣

👨‍🍳 Tino has crafted this bite down to the smallest detail so that each texture and flavor plays a clear role, achieving a perfect balance from the very first crunch to the last taste in your mouth.⁣

The grand final takes place this Thursday, May 21st at GastroCanarias.⁣

Su creación se llama "Ternera, yema y humo". Una obra de arte gastronómica sobre una base crujiente, donde un espectacular carpaccio de ternera se combina con varias texturas de yema, guacamole y tomate seco. ⁣

👨‍🍳 Tino ha diseñado este bocado al milímetro para que cada textura y sabor tengan un papel claro, logrando un equilibrio perfecto desde el primer crujido hasta el final en boca.⁣
