If you’re travelling through southern Spain, working remotely or looking for somewhere to settle for a while, Finca de la Fuente offers something a little different.

Set in the countryside near Málaga, surrounded by avocado, lemon, orange and olive trees, the finca is a relaxed home shared by a small community of independent travellers, digital nomads and people enjoying a different pace of life.

There’s a swimming pool, extensive gardens, comfortable communal spaces and plenty of quiet corners to work, read or simply enjoy the surroundings.

But what makes the finca special is the people and the atmosphere.

We enjoy cooking and eating together. There are pizza nights, spontaneous BBQs, music, good conversation and occasionally rather long evenings putting the world to rights. Horse riding, exploring the countryside and discovering Andalucía are all part of the experience.

Some evenings are sociable, others are quiet. There’s no organised programme and certainly no obligation to participate. Everyone has their own life, interests and independence. The communal side develops naturally.

Accommodation

We offer comfortable private rooms within the main finca, with access to a large shared kitchen, living areas and dedicated workspace.

There’s also a self-contained penthouse studio with its own kitchen, bathroom, workspace and private terrace, ideal for an individual or couple who prefer greater independence.

Hi, check out Finca de la Fuente Málaga. We offer accommodation in a traditional Andalusian finca surrounded by avocado, lemon and orange groves, within easy reach of Málaga Airport. It’s a peaceful place to live, work remotely and relax.

PRICES FROM €21 per night.

We currently have two options available:

1. Private room in the main finca
A comfortable private room with access to the shared living areas, kitchen and a large dedicated office/workspace.

2. Private self-contained studio
Your own independent studio with private kitchen and bathroom, a desk/workspace and a private upstairs terrace.

The finca has a relaxed co-living atmosphere. Downstairs we often cook and eat together, play music and share stories and experiences. You can be as involved or as private as you like — there’s no pressure to socialise, but there’s usually someone around for a chat at the end of the day.

You’ll also have full use of the swimming pool, gardens and outdoor areas, plus secure on-site parking.

We mainly host digital nomads, travellers and adventurers, so it tends to be a friendly mix of people spending time exploring Andalucía while having a comfortable base near Málaga.
