Excellent connexions in car (30 mins to Malaga, Marbella and Cala de Mijas) in bus (bus stop 100m direccion Coin, Mijas Pueblo, Malaga) bike (10 mins to Coin, Alhaurin el Grande)

It's been a truly amazing 5 years. Incredible parties and people through the door. Learnt wo much about construction and remodeling that IL be happy never to touch concrete again in this life!

On Saturday 4th October, Love N Bass lands at Finca La Fuente, Barranco Blanco, Coín — a beautiful campsite in the hills, the perfect spot for a day of bass music and community.

From reggae and dub through to jungle and drum & bass, we’re uniting local crews and long-time record collectors to share the sounds that shaped us. Expect live dub, MCs, and a mix of DJs who know how to keep the dance moving.

It’s not just about the music — there’ll be paella, a full bar, space for kids to enjoy themselves, and plenty of places to chill between sets.

This is a gathering for everyone who loves bass culture and wants to experience it in a truly special setting. Bring your friends, spread the word, and come be part of it.

Happy 2025! The year of change!

For personal family reasons we are only going to be Alhaurín el Grande half the time this year. And are looking to downgrade a bit.

We are offering the 3 bed 2 bathroom flat + 46m2 studio + tipi and gardens together as one unit.

This would work perfectly for a family with teenagers or grandparents who would like the extra privacy.

Or

A group of professionals or co-working individuals interested in permaculture or happenings or day retreats or a forest school

Or

A family interested in making extra income via short term let's of the studio

The pool is getting a facelift in February ready for the new year ahead.

Happy to accept offers but looking for approximately €2200 per month plus bills.
