This is the best local bar in my opinion, which is in walking distance from the apartment! Lush food, open throughout the year, all day/ night! Awesome karaoke and quiz nights and shows all the sports!

We have a spacious top-floor apartment in the popular village of Daya Nueva, Costa Blanca South. The apartment makes up part of a small complex (Residencial Luna Mar II) which offers a large communal solarium boasting views down over the neighbouring orange groves and towards to the nearby mountains, plus 2 communal swimming pools with ample sun-bathing space.

The apartment itself is both bright and spacious and offers no less than: an open plan lounge-diner, a well-appointed kitchen with plenty of workspace and storage, 1 guest bedroom, a family bathroom, plus a wonderful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, plus a wonderful vista down over the orange groves!

Leading off the lounge you have access to a large East-Facing sun terrace which can easily accommodate 4-6 people - perfect for outdoor dining al fresco! One major feature of this property is that is boasts its own private solarium where you can enjoy the sunshine all-day-long!

Given its close proximity to the airport (30mins) the beach (15 mins) and the heart of the village (a short walk) our bright and spacious top floor apartment would provide the perfect holiday under the sun!

Daya Nueva is a Traditional Spanish village with an abundance of Spanish character, which in recent years has seen some new residential areas form but has never lost its traditional Spanish charm. The village itself has most amenities to hand including bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and it's also close to many larger towns including Almoradi where you have an variety of services and amenities at your disposal.

Daya Nueva is surrounded by orange and lemon groves, and has many traditional festivals all year round. Daya Nueva is a 30 minute drive from Alicante Airport and only a 15 minute drive to the wonderful sandy beaches of Guardamar Del Segura.
