Pinzòn Penthouse is unique, enjoying the entire top floor of this fully refurbuished building dating back to 1880. It features its own elevator entry key/code system allowing guests direct access without the need to bring keys with them, and a beautiful roof-top terrace. There is a Master bedroom and two full bathrooms with large showers (1en-suite) and can accomodate up to 4 guests comfortably as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and a Dolce Gusto coffe machine, open-plan dining & living area, 60" LG Smart Led TV in lounge area & 50" in the master bedroom ( satellite channels, Netflix, connect any device wireless, etc...), Hi-speed Wi-Fi (50 MB/S), a huge living space & hard-wood floors throughout the entire place. And last but not least it is situated in one of the best locations in town, having all the best bars, restaurants, theatres, shopping and nightlife within a 1 minute walking distance. All towels and linen are provided free of charge, beds are made daily and bins emptied (except sundays), daily towel change and also the final cleaning is on us! All included in final price!!
ABOUT THE AREA:
The apartment benefits from one of the best locations, where you can enjoy both the beach and real Alicante city life, which makes the neighbourhood very vibrant, lively and easy to stay in.
It's about 5 minutes walk to famous El Postiguet beach, 4 minutes walking to Alicante Marina Harbour/Casino, Alicante's main avenue: La Rambla. Calle San Francisco is an amazing spot for local cuisine, tapas, drinks and good food. 3 minutes from Esplanada de España, Alicante's Ocean Drive where you will see the artisans market open daily from 11 am to 10. 50 metres away you have Calle Castanos which has an infinate array of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Santa Barbara Castle is about 10 minutes walking and the Corte Ingles about 3 min.

GETTING THERE:
From alicante Airport by taxi or car drive straight to the centre of Alicante and will take approx 15 min to arrive.
We are located right in the heart of the city very close to the Theatre, Calle Castaños, La Rambla and the Explanada. The building is very easy to find but if for any reason you are having trouble you can always get in touch with me and I will be glad to help.
