We had Casa Tres built in 2002/3 using the revolutionary "Spray Concrete" technology to produce a totally unique villa the like of which you will rarely see. s and very well equipped. This is a very unusual Villa. Built of 'foot thick' concrete it is unusual in design and quite different to stay in. The unique design provides large internal rooms including a huge upstairs area with bedroom, en-suite and balcony plus separate roof sunbathing area. Downstairs there is a very large lounge area and well fitted kitchen. Both of these rooms open onto the patio via 4 double sliding doors. If required during the day the doors can be left open to provide one huge area for entertaining. There are also 3 addition bedrooms, a bath shower room and extra toilet as well as utility room and small walled rear courtyard. Outside there is a huge, covered, patio area with BBQ and plenty of shade from the usual heat. Inside the villa is fully air-conditioned with hot/cold air-conditioning. The property has ample parking for several cars and it's own large pool (11mx4.5m). The villa is situated at the foot of a large hillside in its own plot of around 5000 sq.m. Although the villa is in the hills it is very accessible being the lowest plot. Casa Tres is a unique place to stay in a very special "Spanish" area - we are very proud of the villa and have had some amazing holidays here. Kids who stay call it the "Teletubby" villa but whatever it's a lovely place to stay. The villa is in the hills above Torre del Mar with amazing views down to the sea. A car is needed to fully appreciate the area but the villa is self-contained with pool (and waterfall), large patio, BBQ and loads of space. Perfect to get away from it all with the family or a group of friends. There is a huge Patio with shade from the scorching heat. The patio area is very large and provide room for play, sunbathing and Al Fresco dining. It is also very welcome in peak season when not everyone wants to be baking in the sun. Of course there is also plenty of room (and loungers) for sun bathing for the sun lovers amongst you! Pool and Waterfall :- The pool is 11mx5m and a feature of the property. There is also a waterfall which can be switched on which directs water over the villa and back into the pool. The pool is fully visible from the lounge and patio so you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Amazing Views in ALL Directions :- The villa is located facing the sea in the foothills above Torre del Mar. The views are amazing all the way down to the sea. Eagles and other large birds can often be seem hovering in the valley and have even landed on the villa wall. Huge Lounge Dining Room :- You don't want to be spending too much time in the villa but when you do you'll see it integrates perfectly with the Patio and pool to form one large leisure area. The lounge diner is around 30' x 15' with a dining table (6 chairs) and TV lounge area. Three wide fold back doors provide complete access to the outside if required. Amazing Master Bedroom Suite :- The Master bedroom suite comprises a large bedroom and adjoining dressing room. There is also a large en-suite with his/hers basins plus bath and separate shower.
