The perfect combination of ingredients ensures optimal nutrient absorption. Built in 1908 by José Delgado, this cave served as a water tank for local farmers for decades. Now, it’s a gathering place for the most discerning palates.

La Cueva del Silencio en el EcoHotel El Agua es un espacio emblemático donde nuestros huéspedes nutren su cuerpo y su alma con alimentos que respetan los principios de la trofología.
