Okay, we couldn't get too far through the series without devoting a post just to !

Due to the small size of the bodegas who produce it, Canarian wine isn't really known outside the islands. Not these days, at least.

That doesn't mean it doesn't deserve to be!
On the contrary - it means that we never let any of that precious, delicious nectar off the islands!

If you haven't made a point of sampling the local wines before, then we're sure we can encourage you to do just that next time you're over here!

Canary Island wine does not enjoy the acclaim that it deserves, simply because they can't produce enough of it! Its so good, we drink it all here!
