June 4th we begin offering our long awaited One Week Retreats for adults with Type 1 Diabetes!

Globally, more than 7.25M adults live with Type 1 Diabetes

Our One Week Mediterranean Adult T1D Retreat is an opportunity for people with Type 1 Diabetes and those who support them to come together for a weeklong retreat in Aspe, Spain to learn, share and connect around the experience of living with T1D. We encourage you to bring your partner or closest support person. Immersed in the Mediterranean Lifestyle, with humor, compassion and honesty, we’ll have workshops on a variety of topics addressing Type 1 Diabetes - including adopting the Mediterranean Diet and Lifestyle, and psychological and social aspects of the unique life that is living with this chronic condition. Together we will come out with strength, attitude, and sustainable strategies that will allow us to thrive.

We have 4 double occupancy spaces still available.

Price per person € 3,499 for the 7 nights includes tuition and an all-inclusive experience.

Te animamos a que traigas a tu pareja o persona de apoyo más cercana.
