Just months ago, they experienced their first harvest of cork — a milestone in the slow rhythm of nature. Now, as autumn arrives, their trunks start to change color, creating the first layer of new cork that will protect them for years to come.

The light softens, the bark breathes, and every tree becomes a living sculpture — a portrait of growth, resilience, and quiet beauty.

he olive season is almost here. 🌿✨

Our centuries-old olive trees are slowly preparing for their moment — branches heavy with fruit, light filtering through silver leaves, and the promise of an exceptional harvest ahead.

This year, these olives will become our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, crafted with care from fruit grown in pure mountain air and harvested by hand.
Soon, our guests and friends will be able to join us for the olive harvest, to experience the beauty, the rhythm, and the aroma of this ancient tradition.

After three years of patience and care, our vineyard at Acepados has finally come to life. 🌾🍇

This year, we’ve celebrated our first real harvest of the Petit Verdot grapes — a moment that marks the beginning of a new chapter in our land’s story.
With the help of a dear winemaker friend, we are crafting our first bottles of 100% Petit Verdot wine, grown and harvested here at Acepados. Two distinct expressions will come to life:

🍷 A young wine, ready to be enjoyed from February 2026.
🪵 And a barrel-aged edition, resting in Spanish oak, to be unveiled during the Christmas season of 2026–2027.

Every cluster, every grape, carries the essence of this land — its sun, its silence, its beauty.
