Music and fashion have always been at the center of his world, and from there came a love for pretty much every form of art that can make you feel something. He’s naturally drawn to creativity, style and people who have something to say.
What really fuels him, though, are conversations. With his best friend at the beach, a random person he just met, or even the old lady at the fruit shop… if there’s a story, an idea or a passion behind it, Ossama wants to hear it. He genuinely loves listening to people and understanding what moves them. 🎧🖤
His long-term dream is to connect artists with opportunities and help create safe spaces for people who have the ideas but not always the means to make them happen.

Roger, Spain 🇪🇸
Meet Roger, born in Sant Cugat, just on the other side of the mountain from Barcelona. He’s into sports, board games, making music and reading philosophy, which is a pretty accurate summary of his vibe: active, curious and always down for a good conversation. 🎲🎶
He’s one of those people who can go from talking about a game, to music, to some random philosophical question without making it feel weird at all. Basically, a good mix of energy and depth.
And because every Meet the Staff needs one completely random fact: Roger once had a lung collapse while he was sleeping. Yes, while sleeping. No dramatic story, no crazy accident… just his body deciding to make things interesting. 😅
