A modern and contemporary three bedroom apartment in the very heart of the city, the Gótico South area in Barcelona, that can accomodate up to eight people. This recently refurbished apartment has been decorated with care and has such splendid features as vaulted Catalan ceilings, beautiful wooden floors and classy chandeliers. The living room is a great example of this with all of the above plus

a sofa, a chic glass dining table and a flat screen TV and DVD player fixed to the wall in a wonderful picture frame. There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second bedroom contains two double beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. There are two bathrooms both tastefully decorated with grey wall tiles. The amenities supplied include a washing machine, a dryer, an iron & board, an elevator, air-conditioning and hi-speed Internet. In a magnificent location and with great facilities, this is your apartment when you visit Barcelona. A security deposit and a cleaning fee will be required upon check-in. Tourist tax in Barcelona amounts to Euros 0,72 per person per night (with a maximum of 7 nights) and is applicable to guests older than 17 years of age. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Extra costs could be charged for late check-in and check-out.

Situated right beside the Ramblas and the Plaza Real, you could not possibly wish for a more central location in Barcelona. This is one of the most picturesque spots in Barcelona with restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Gothic quarter is one of the most beautiful areas in the whole of Barcelona, with its rich past dating back to the Roman period. This historic “Barrio” offers a multitude of cultural places, such as the remains of the Roman city and the Jewish quarter with its original buildings from the 12th century. Naturally no visit to Barcelona is complete without seeing the majestic Gothic Cathedral, the stunning Palau de Musica or if that is not enough for you, there is also the Liceo opera house and the magnificent Palau Guell designed by Gaudi. For the art lovers there is an abundance of museums, with exhibitions from contemporary artists, but also from the internationally renowned Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Frederic Mares. The nearest beach, La Barceloneta, is walking distance, but if you would like to explore others, there is a metro stop (yellow line – L1) just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. The nearest metro stops are Liceo and Drassanes.
