The accomodation is a unit of 3 rooms in an old workers building of 1890, preserving all of its original charm: an entrance hall, a bedroom with living-dining space and a private bathroom. It's cosy and comfortable like a mini-apartment (without kitchen). A door connects with the apartment in which we live ("home-sharing") but when it's closed you stay completely separated with your own access doo

r to the street. You will have privacy and independence at the same time. There is no kitchen but in the entrance hall there is a cabinet equipped with a small fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso machine. You will find the breakfast in the same room, prepared every night for the next day. The bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed. On occasions the sofa bed can be double or a travel cot can be made available. It is ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 kids. You will feel like at home and breath the familiarity of a neighbourhood with an old and young history at the same time.

The metro station "LLacuna" is just here, 20 meters from the front door!!! This station belongs to L4 metro line which takes directly to the center.

I'm an architect, my partner is an artist and printmaker and our little daughter is 5 years old. We share our guest space with travellers all around the world.
