What’s our secret ingredient?
For International Chefs Day, we decided to investigate and ask our chefs.
The answers vary depending on who you ask. But they all agree on one thing: it doesn’t come from Japan, or any supplier. It’s not in the recipe, nor in the pantry.
It’s found in the people behind every service, and every memorable experience.
Our true secret ingredient is our people.
