Driven by his insatiable desire for personal growth and innovation, Jimmy pursued his profound vision and opened his own bar, ERGO, in 2022. His dedication, innovation, and passion have earned him numerous accolades and awards such as Tastemaker of the Year at the Caterer Middle East Awards in 2021.
