It is not some bland unloved holiday let and if you holiday here, we hope you will enjoy it as our family does. The villa it set half way up the hill on the northern side of Aigua Blava bay. The quiet bay is breathtakingly beautiful and has some of the best views to be found in the north of Spain. r down to the waters edge. Come here if you want to relax by the pool or beach in the sun with friends & family, play a round or two of golf, tennis, hiking or enjoy some scuba diving. It's a quiet spot, with the lively and authentic town of Begur just around the corner. There are many different small and larger beaches on the costline and a large variety of great boutique restaurants plus a great tapas bar were everybody meets on the townsquare. A very beautifull pathway along the coastline (grand randonee) is passing Aiguablava. Especially the stretch from Tamariu to Lla Franc is a fantastic hike. The lower Pyrinees around Olot are accessible at an hour driving distance with many hiking possibilities. For windsurfing Pals is a 15 minutes drive, and Rosas one hour. Both are among the best wind- and kitesurfing locations in Spain. Girona, a culinary hotspot is 50 minutes away, and Barcelona 1,5 hours. We have babies and young children in our imediate family so the villa is suitable to both. Adult supervision is needed as we have a gated swimming pool (complete with Dolphin on the bottom tiles which they love!)
The 4 large bedrooms are all en-suite. Three are upstairs and are air conditioned each with twin beds which zip together and each has bathroom/wc' and toilet. The master bedroom has a very good and extra comfortable boxspring bed. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have wonderful large balconies. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with a double bed and has a shower, wc and wash basin. All bedrooms have wonderful views over the bay and the sea and have electric security shutters operated from the bedside. Two further single beds are supplied to be used in an other room adjacent to the groundfloor bedroom if desired. There is a loungeset available to sit outside, deckchairs around the pool, a BBQ, a large lunch and dinner table outside and a tabletennis table to have a bit of fun in the afternoons. You can enjoy a good Nespresso (including Cappucino's in the morning ;-)) and may use the Sonos sound system, widescreen TV and wifi at your convenience. Google Earth: N 41º56'46.78'', E 3º12'48.19''
