Our apartment is situated in Benalmadena near Malaga on the Mediterranean coastline of the Costa Sel Sol. This terrace is only a few feet from the pool.

ay and here you will find many shops, restaurants and bars with lots of nightlife. The apartment is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of town and we have a Carrefour Express supermarket and a Pharmacy on site and both open seven days a week.A car is not necessary but is recommended to explore and enjoy the local area. There is a local bus that services the development with stops close to the apartment and this will take you to the town centre, supermarket, beach and Marina. The beautiful white washed village of Benalmadena Pueblo is only a short bus journey away and among it`s narrow cobbled streets you will find many restaurants and tapas bars, some with magnificent views over the coast. For our younger guests the theme and amusement park Tivoli World is within walking distance. In this secure gated community there are numerous swimming pools which guests can use. The surrounding area is landscaped with Palm trees and tropical gardens for your enjoyment. Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can sleep four adults comfortably. It is positioned on a corner on the ground floor right beside the pool. There is a large wrap around terrace which catches the sun from mid morning until late evening. A seperate smaller terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom. Both terraces are tastefully planted with climbing plants and shrubs and have great golf, sea and mountain views. There is secure underground parking directly below the apartment with access via stairs or lift. The patio doors are fitted with traditional wrought iron gates and each has a roll away aluminium blind for extra security and to shut out the sun keeping the apartment cool. The apartment is fitted with a video entry system which controls access from within. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout and guests also have the use of a safe for their valuables. Our apartment is finished to a very high specification and has marble floors throughout, granite worktops in the kitchen, built in wardrobes in each bedroom and is very tastefully furnished. There is also a climate controlled concealed unit which will provide air conditioning or heating throughout the apartment as required.
