We are searching for someone who is:
✔️ Responsible & organised
✔️ Friendly with guests and clients
✔️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Flexible and solution-oriented
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ English & Spanish mandatory 🇬🇧🇪🇸
✔️ Other languages are a plus 🇫🇷🇩🇪
✔️ Driving license required 🚗

Main tasks may include:
🏡 Guest communication
🔑 Check-ins & property visits
🧺 Coordination with cleaners & maintenance
📱 Managing daily operations
📦 Deliveries and apartment support

💰 How Much Is Your Property Leaving on the Table?

Yesterday we reviewed a property in Costa del Sol that is currently self-managed by a private owner.

What we saw surprised us.

Not because it was bad — but because it was limiting its own revenue.

Here are a few things we noticed:

❌ Only certain check-in days allowed
❌ Only certain check-out days allowed
❌ 1-night bookings allowed in peak summer
❌ No dynamic pricing adjustments
❌ No seasonal optimisation

Let’s break this down.

If you allow only specific check-in/check-out days, you are automatically reducing booking flexibility. That means fewer potential guests.

If you allow 1-night bookings in July…
You risk blocking a calendar that could have secured a 10–14 night reservation.

One short booking can destroy the structure of your peak season calendar.

And peak season is where most of the yearly revenue is made.
