🏠 HOUSEKEEPER / KEYHOLDER WANTED – ARENAL GOLF, BENALMÁDENA
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy local person to look after our holiday apartment in Arenal Golf, Benalmádena.
Duties include:
• Cleaning the apartment between guests
• Changing bedding and towels
• Washing and drying all bedding and towels
• Preparing the apartment ready for new guests
• Meeting guests and letting them into the apartment
• Handing over and collecting keys
• Taking security deposits when required
• Checking the apartment after departure and reporting any damage or problems
The work will be as required depending on bookings, so some flexibility with changeover days and guest arrival times is important.
Previous experience looking after holiday rental properties would be preferred. References are essential.

Buscamos una persona responsable, de confianza y que viva en la zona para cuidar nuestro apartamento turístico en Arenal Golf, Benalmádena.
Las tareas incluyen:
• Limpieza completa del apartamento entre huéspedes
• Cambio de sábanas y toallas
• Lavado y secado de sábanas y toallas
• Preparar el apartamento para la llegada de los próximos huéspedes
• Recibir a los huéspedes y darles acceso al apartamento
• Entrega y recogida de llaves
• Recoger depósitos/fianzas cuando sea necesario
• Revisar el apartamento después de cada salida y avisarnos de cualquier daño o problema
El trabajo será según las reservas, por lo que es importante tener cierta flexibilidad para los días de cambio y los horarios de llegada de los huéspedes.
Se valorará experiencia previa con apartamentos turísticos. Referencias imprescindibles.
