Modern apartment with a lovely sea view over the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. Marvellous location only 15 minutes from the airport between Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Very close to the best golf courses on the Coast. Easy access from the highway.
The apartment is situated in a very quiet and green area, which is comfortable for families.

The apartment is 120 square meters and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen open to the living room, a terrace covered with glass curtains from which there is direct access to the private garden just by the pool.
The apartment is accommodated with modern furniture, Scandinavian style, and equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.

Facilities
Air condition (cold/warm), washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, iron, television (with a great selection of international channels), dvd-player, barbecue, garden furniture.

The area
The apartment is located in the prestigious area Reserva del Higueron where there are many facilities, like tennis and paddle-tennis, a wellness centre and a nice snack bar. One of the best restaurants in the province of Malaga is also situated in Reserva del Higueron.
In the area there is a small tourist train running all year long several times a day which go down to the beach and back again. The train is free to use.

Prices vary from 400-1000 euros/week depending on season.
