This nice holiday house is located in a sun guaranteed area of Spain. The villa is quite, spacious and has a friendly ambiance. It is completely free of direct neighbors and has a free view overlooking a golf course.
The house is suitable for groups up to 6 or up to 10 which have access to the lower floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, with two bath rooms and a large living area. For groups above 6 people we open the lower floor which has two additional bedrooms, an extra bathroom and a play area with a table tennis table.
The private outside area contains a huge garden, terrace, pool and a summer kitchen, what makes the outside area the center of the house.
There are many beaches along the coast and the nearest beach is at 1 km from the house. Also supermarkets (500 mtr), restaurants and bars are along the coast and at walking distance. The lovely village of Moraira, with many bars, restaurants, shops and terraces is at 2 km distance. The house overlooks a golf course where guests can play.
Moraira is located between Alicante and Valencia and from both airports it takes around an hour to arrive in the house.
