Some weeks linger a little longer.
This was one of them.

A few days of early breakfasts, long gravel rides, weather forecasts that looked far worse than the skies eventually turned out to be, and evenings where the stories around the table kept going just a little longer every night. 🚴‍♂️☀️🍷
One of the highlights was the ride to Ventalló. Cycling out through Catalonia’s backroads, stopping among the olive trees for lunch, and making the journey back by bike. The first guests we’ve had doing that kind of day trip from here, and honestly, we hope not the last. 🌿🫒

The nice thing about a second visit is how quickly everything feels familiar again. Less like hosting guests, more like welcoming back friends.

Morning well spent 🌿
Started with yoga and flowed straight into a beautiful trail run through . We even passed by the stunning church along the way.
Such a fun experience, great vibes, a steady pace, and the whole group moving together as one. Couldn’t have asked for better company out there.

We enjoyed hosting this group of friends here in our corner of Catalonia.

From challenging climbs like the to scenic rides through the and they , they embraced every route with energy and enthusiasm.

They enjoyed our 3 course menu every evening, including a special paella night! 🥘 Their excitement for the food, the rides, and the region truly made these days great for all of us.

🚴‍♀️ Yari's route ☕

Cycling through the stunning Empordà never disappoints. Winding hills, charming Catalan villages, and that perfect mix of sunshine and smiles.

This time our Can Jan team took on the Yaris Route and had a well-deserved lunch at the lovely 🥗☕ Such a beautiful spot and great energy, thanks for having us!

Cycling, friendship & sunshine!

What a week it has been! 🚴‍♀️☀️

This group of friends explored some stunning routes in the and area. Including a beautiful ride towards (the main photo 📸). They even conquered our personal favorite col of the area , which is just a few pedal strokes from our doorstep! 💪

After their rides, they enjoyed relaxing moments by the pool and had some evenings in our garden.
Every night, they stayed for dinner, including our famous paella night 🥘, lovingly prepared and shared with laughter and stories.

What touched us most was their team spirit: always looking out for one another, making sure no one was left behind.

🚴‍♂️ Grit, gravel, and good times!

To cap off this gravel groups adventure-filled trip, we wrapped things up with a hands-on bike cleaning workshop — because a clean, well functioning bike is just as important as riding it! 🛠️🚲

🚴‍♂️ What a week!

We had the pleasure of hosting an amazing group of gravel bikers at our B&B here in the heart of , Catalonia. 🌿

From epic climbs to Vallter 2000 🚵‍♀️, to winding coastal routes 🌊 and a relaxed roll to a local winery 🍷 for a tasting — their adventures were as varied as they were scenic.

Back at base, we kept them fuelled with hearty breakfasts, delicious dinners, and a special paella evening under the stars. 🌟

Thanks for bringing the energy, the stories, and the love of two wheels. We hope to see you back soon — the trails (and the wine!) will be waiting. 🚴‍♀️🍷

We’re excited to share the renovation of the bathroom in room 2. Thanks to the amazing work of the space now features a sleek walk-in shower, fully finished in microcement for a modern and elegant touch.

Having stay with us was an absolute pleasure! Hosting a pro cyclist in the middle of race prep gave us a firsthand look at the dedication and discipline it takes to compete at the highest level.

We also shared some great moments off the bike (coffee ride,...😉). Meanwhile, our team made sure everything was taken care of—airport transport, bike maintenance, massages, and of course, carefully measured meals packed with all the carbs, proteins, and vitamins he needed for training.
