This Christmas is deeply emotional for me, as I say goodbye after a lifetime dedicated to this hotel and to all of you, as I begin a new chapter with my retirement. Hotel Stil Picafort Park has been my home, and you have been my extended family. I have been privileged to grow, learn, and share countless experiences with people who have left an unforgettable mark on my life. I carry with me memories, friendships, and moments that will stay in my heart forever.

🌟 Fiesta de Fin de Temporada 2025 – Hotel Stil Picafort Park 🌟

¡Qué gran manera de cerrar una temporada espectacular! 🎉
Ayer celebramos nuestra esperada fiesta de fin de temporada, rodeados de risas, buena música, emociones y, sobre todo, ¡de la mejor familia laboral que uno puede tener! ❤️

Queremos dar las gracias a todos los empleados por su esfuerzo, compromiso y alegría durante estos meses. Hemos vivido una temporada brillante, con magníficas puntuaciones y una ocupación de récord, fruto del trabajo en equipo y del buen ambiente que se respira en cada rincón del hotel. 💪🏽🏨

También queremos dedicar un cariñoso reconocimiento a quienes ayer se despidieron de nosotros:
👏 Petra, del departamento de pisos, por su dedicación y cariño durante tantos años.
👏 Pedro, del comedor, que aunque el año pasado ya recibió su placa de reconocimiento, nos regaló una temporada más junto a nosotros. ¡Gracias, Pedro, por esa prórroga tan bien aprovechada! 😄

Y como broche final de la tarde… ¡llegó la gran sorpresa! 😲 Nuestro querido Director, Antonio Rosselló, nos dejó a todos con la boca abierta cuando, sin anestesia, anunció que el 31 de enero de 2026 colgará su traje de director para comenzar una jubilación más que merecida, tras más de 43 años de vida laboral. 🏆👏

Antonio, gracias por tu entrega, tu liderazgo y tu sentido del humor (aunque a veces nos dejes sin aliento con tus anuncios sorpresa 😅).

A todos, ¡mil gracias por formar parte de esta gran familia del Hotel Stil Picafort Park!
Nos despedimos de una temporada de éxito… y ya estamos deseando que llegue la próxima. 💙

What a fantastic way to close such an amazing season! 🎉
Yesterday we celebrated our long-awaited End of Season Party, surrounded by laughter, good music, emotions, and above all… by the best work family anyone could ask for! ❤️

We want to thank all our employees for their effort, commitment, and positive spirit throughout these months. We’ve had a brilliant season, with excellent ratings and record occupancy, all thanks to great teamwork and the wonderful atmosphere that fills every corner of our hotel. 💪🏽🏨

A special mention to those who said goodbye yesterday:
👏 Petra, from Housekeeping, for her dedication and kindness over so many years.
👏 Pedro, from the Restaurant team, who had already received his recognition plaque last year but still decided to gift us with one more great season. Thank you, Pedro, for that extra time with us! 😄

And to top off the evening, we had a big surprise! 😲 Our beloved Director, Antonio Rosselló, left everyone speechless when he announced—without any warning!—that on January 31st, 2026, he will step down from his position to begin a well-deserved retirement after more than 43 years of hard work and dedication. 🏆👏

Antonio, thank you for your leadership, your commitment, and your great sense of humor (even when your “surprises” leave us in shock 😅).
