🏖This beautiful south facing house is within a lovely gated complex in Cabo Roig. It has 4 separate outside areas offering sun ALL day. The complex is very quiet and tranquil but within a minutes walk of all the bars, shops and restaurants of Cabo Roig and the sea!

🏖 No car hire or taxis required, airport transfers can be arranged.

🏖The townhouse has a good sized lounge (double sofa bed), dining table with separate newly fitted fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and washbasin.
🏖 Upstairs there is a king master bedroom with balcony (table & chairs). There is also a twin bedroom and a family sized bathroom with double walk in shower.
🏖 Air con and ceiling fans in both bedrooms & the lounge.
🏖There is a small enclosed patio garden to the front and back of the house as well as a private rooftop solarium with loungers offering all day sun.
🏖The communal swimming pool (open all year) is right outside the house.
