¿Cuántos platos diferentes habrán salido de esta cocina?
Con viajeros llegando a Casa Caracol desde todas partes del mundo, nos gusta imaginar la cantidad de recetas, sabores y pequeños trucos familiares que habrán pasado por aquí.
Una pasta hecha como la preparan en casa, una receta que alguien aprendió viajando, algo improvisado con lo que quedaba en la nevera o ese plato típico que intentas explicar mientras los demás miran con curiosidad.
Porque viajar también es descubrir el mundo a través de lo que comen los demás.
Y esta cocina, si pudiera hablar, probablemente tendría un recetario enorme.

How many different dishes have been made in this kitchen?
With travellers arriving at Casa Caracol from all over the world, we love imagining all the recipes, flavours and little family cooking secrets that have passed through here.
Pasta made just like someone makes it back home, a recipe picked up while travelling, something improvised with whatever was left in the fridge, or a traditional dish that needs a little explaining while everyone else watches curiously.
Because travelling is also about discovering the world through what other people eat.
And if this kitchen could talk, it would probably have one huge recipe book.
