Calella Rentals Calella Rentals is a property management company, focused primarily on vacation rental apartments in the Maresme area of Catalonia.

Since our office and personnel are all local, we are able to have an active presence in the community. Calella Rentals is a property management company, focused primarily on vacation rental apartments in the Maresme area of Catalunya. We give back to local commerce by recommending and using locally based businesses, including shops, restaurants, builders and designers Our relationships with property owners are just as important to us as the beautiful homes we care for. We also rent our own personally owned properties as part of our portfolio, so we have a very clear idea about the concerns and needs of property owners. For our guests Calella Rentals is a budget oriented company and we make every effort to keep our rental guests' costs as low as possible. By booking directly with Calella Rentals your final price will be between 5 - 20% lower than if you booked with one of the major listing pages. We also strive to do our part to make your vacation experience as perfect as possible. We staff our office in the center of Calella 7 days a week and also provide an after-hours emergency number to all of our guests. During working hours we will meet you at the property so you do not have to come to the office first. If you require a late check in then you can collect the keys from one of our coded lockboxes at the office. This way you can check in as late as you like

Calella Rentals represent a select network of owner's properties that aim to provide guests with a truly authentic experience. Their range of handpicked vacation rentals are situated on Barcelona's northern coast in the beautiful towns of Calella, Pineda and San Pol.We have paid extra attention to detail to ensure that each property exerts a unique style and charm.
