rround our kidney shaped pool, which is south facing and in the perfect position to enjoy day long sunshine. The terrace is furnished with sunbeds and a table and chairs is set next to the BBQ area for outside dining.
3km from the wonderful blue flag beaches and Calpe town centre with its huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Ideal for relaxing holidays in the sun, most of our visitors are families or older couples who appreciate a well equipped, comfortable home from home. Beautiful views over countryside to the Sierra Bernia and Pinos mountain ranges. There is lots of outside space and the house and gardens have many private spots to relax in.

Due to extreme heat, and fire risk, any fire and all barbecues are not permitted in Calpe and surrounding areas.

Important communication from our local council. Closures due to high heat risk.

⚠️ Important notice: Penyal d'Ifac will remain closed today, Thursday, July 23
🔥 The Penyal d'Ifac Natural Park cannot be visited today due to an extreme risk of forest fires declared by the Generalitat Valenciana.
🌊 Additionally, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has issued a yellow warning for coastal phenomena for this afternoon.
Westerly winds are expected with gusts of up to 90 km/h, so it is recommended to reduce or avoid water activities due to the risk of being pulled out to sea by strong currents.
We ask everyone to exercise extreme caution and responsibility. 🙏

🔥 El Parque Natural del Penyal d'Ifac no podrá visitarse hoy ante el riesgo extremo de incendios forestales declarado por la Generalitat Valenciana.
🌊 Además, la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (AEMET) ha emitido un aviso de nivel amarillo por fenómenos costeros para esta tarde.
Se esperan vientos de componente oeste con rachas de hasta 90 km/h, por lo que se recomienda reducir o evitar las actividades en el agua ante el riesgo de arrastre por corrientes hacia el interior del mar.
Se pide a la ciudadanía máxima prudencia y responsabilidad. 🙏
