Information Update: We are back to Buffet! :)

As the regulation got looser, we now can offer one more time our buffet with only few norms to respect.

The only difference compared to other years, is that the buffet will be assisted.

What does that mean?

The buffet is all exposed for you to see, as every other year.

This time though, as you'll pass through the buffet. you won't have to make your own plate but you'll point our chefs what you would like to eat and they'll prepare your plate in front of you.

In this way, we minimize contact between guests and the food (for your safety) while at the same time, offering you the buffet that you love!

We ask to keep 2meters distance between people while on the buffet to respect the social distancing norms.

From Monday 06.07 our Animation Program will finally come back to normal from 11.00-13.00, 15.00-17.00 and then again in the night in our terrace at 21.30.

RESTAURANT AND BAR INFORMATION

How will the restaurant service change to respect the Safety Measures?

The guideline we followed when planning our service, is to reduce the contact between the guests and the food as much as possible.

To do that, we planned the service entirely at the table (both for all inclusive and not) and reinforced our restaurant staff.

Cold dishes (such salads, cheeses, desserts etc.) will be exposed in the buffet in mono-dosis for you to see; the waiter will handle to you what you want.

For warm dishes, we have a menu for lunch and dinner for every day of the week, from which you can choose what you want too.

Drinks also will be brought by the waiters, in such a way that only them will touch the machines while respecting strict disinfection and higiene norms.

In the Bar Piscina, we have a new kitchen which will prepare Snacks for the whole day (Pizzas, Hamburgers, Salad, Toasts, Chips, Cakes etc.) which will be served at the bar around the pool for your convenience.

You'll find all menus exposed in the bar and restaurant and they are also available through QR Code on the tables (to avoid touching physical menus).

At the entrance of the bar and restaurant, you'll find a disinfectant gel which use is mandatory to enter. Tables are separated by 2m between each other, so you won't be asked to wear a mask.

Sun is shining and we are open! Estamos abiertos! :)

This year, we implemented higher standards of hygiene and disinfection to ensure the safety of all guests and workers.

As we received many information requests about the situation of Mallorca and the hotel, we though of sharing here a general recap.
