Nothing beats homegrown. 🌿🍋

Es gibt einfach einen Unterschied, wenn Obst und Gemüse dort wachsen, wo später auch gegessen wird.

Auf der Finca Amapola wachsen Zitronen, Tomaten, Kräuter und vieles mehr direkt in unserem eigenen Garten. Was wir anbauen, findet seinen Weg in unser Frühstück, unsere Küche und bei unseren Events auf den Teller – frisch geerntet und mit ganz viel mallorquinischer Sonne. ☀️

Für uns bedeutet Nachhaltigkeit auf Mallorca nicht Perfektion, sondern bewusster mit dem umzugehen, was uns die Natur schenkt: regional anbauen, saisonal genießen und möglichst kurze Wege vom Garten auf den Teller schaffen. 🌱
