The Spanish Platter is sure to be a big hit and would make a perfect accompaniment to a cocktail at Adrianos beside the church in Cómpeta. It’s always a popular spot with our guests!

🇪🇸 THE SPANISH PLATTER IS READY 🇪🇸

After months of planning, recipe development, testing and a recent Pin Holder tasting session, we’re pleased to say that the Adrianos Spanish Platter has now been finalised.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped us along the way. From our team working behind the scenes to the guests who joined our tasting session and provided honest feedback, you’ve all played a part in shaping the finished platter.

We’ve reviewed the scores, read every comment and made the final adjustments.

The result?

A platter that we believe captures some of the flavours and dishes that make Spanish food so enjoyable to share with friends and family.

We’re now taking the final steps towards launch and preparing everything behind the scenes ready for its arrival at Adrianos.

The only thing left to reveal is the launch date… 👀

Keep an eye on our page over the coming days as we’ll be announcing exactly when you’ll be able to get your hands on it.

🇪🇸 ¡LA PLATAFORMA ESPAÑOLA ESTÁ LISTA! 🇪🇸

Tras meses de planificación, desarrollo de recetas, pruebas y una reciente cata para los asistentes, nos complace anunciar que la Plato Español de Adrianos ya está lista.

Muchísimas gracias a todos los que nos ayudaron en este proceso. Desde nuestro equipo trabajando entre bastidores hasta los comensales que participaron en la cata y nos brindaron sus comentarios sinceros, todos ustedes han contribuido a dar forma a la bandeja final.

Hemos revisado las puntuaciones, leído todos los comentarios y realizado los últimos ajustes.

¿El resultado?

Una bandeja que, creemos, captura algunos de los sabores y platos que hacen que la comida española sea tan deliciosa para compartir con amigos y familiares.

Ahora estamos dando los últimos pasos para el lanzamiento y preparando todo para su llegada a Adrianos.

Lo único que falta por revelar es la fecha de lanzamiento… 👀

Estad atentos a nuestra página en los próximos días, ya que anunciaremos la fecha exacta en que podréis tenerlo en vuestras manos.

We’ve given Bedroom 3 at El Olivo a bit of a makeover. It’s now a very comfortable double bedroom with a kingsize bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. The other rooms can either have super king or twin beds. All our bedrooms have air conditioning, WiFi and a smart TV.

Many of our guests have enjoyed the hospitality from Youssef and his team at his bar/restaurant which is a few minutes walk from El Olivo. We are delighted that Youssef now owns the property and wish him well as he moves it forward into a new chapter under the name of Cafe Bar Casawi!

Bar La Peña in the nearby village of Archez served delicious pizzas which are prepared in front of your eyes and cooked in a wood fired oven! 🇪🇸 ¡Qué bien que las deliciosas pizzas cocinadas en horno de leña vuelvan a estar disponibles en Archez!

A partir del jueves 4 de junio, el servicio de pizzas volverá a estar disponible con el siguiente horario:

The temperatures in Cómpeta are certainly reminding us that summer is on the way ☀️

So we’ve made a few improvements to help you stay cool while you enjoy your time with us.

Our new front terrace shade is now in place, giving you more protection from the midday sun and creating a more comfortable space to sit back, relax and enjoy a drink.

Whether you’re joining us for:
• A cold beer
• A glass of wine
• One of our signature cocktails
• A catch-up with friends

You’ll now find even more shade on our front terrace during the hottest parts of the day.

We know many of you enjoy watching village life go by from the terrace, and with the recent temperatures we’ve been experiencing, a little extra shade goes a long way.

So if you’ve been looking for the perfect excuse to stop for a cocktail, take a break from the heat and enjoy the atmosphere of Plaza Almijara, we’ve got you covered.

Las temperaturas en Cómpeta nos recuerdan que el verano está a la vuelta de la esquina ☀️

Por eso, hemos realizado algunas mejoras para que disfrutes de tu tiempo con nosotros con total frescura.

Nuestra nueva terraza con sombra ya está instalada, ofreciéndote mayor protección del sol del mediodía y creando un espacio más cómodo para sentarte, relajarte y disfrutar de una bebida.

Tanto si vienes a:
