Spring at Cortijo Pura Paz

After all the heavy rains of the winter, spring has finally arrived at our beautiful valley and turned all the seeds into an ocean of flowers.
The smell of orange and lemon trees is all over the place and lighting up everyone’s mood immediately.

Wish you could experience what I just did while taking those pictures. Warm wind, sound of the goats‘ bells down the valley, the smell of hundred flowers (wild Camille, Fennel, Lavender, Thymian and so many more), the waterfall behind me, the breathtaking view over the valley and our house.

Our very unique Yogahall at Cortijo Pura Paz

With a lot of love, care and money we turned the old garage of the house into a beautifully, 70 sqm yoga room - equipped with everything you need for your daily practice or for giving retreats. Candles, incense sticks, yoga mats, speakers, WiFi and a great asian gong.

This yoga room definitely makes a difference and what’s makes Pura Paz even more unique and special!

PURE MAGIC at CORTIJO PURA PAZ

This is not just a property, it is a sacred place.

This is not just a fire bowl, it is a singing bowl as well. Offering a deep and healing sound.

This is not just an old palm trunk, it is an altar. A place of transformation. A place to release old limitations and believes. What would you like to let go and heal within?

This is not just a mountain, it is Mother Earth itself. The mountain appeared dangerous to me at the beginning. Will you harm us? But she is helping to transform the energies. She needs to be spread all over the property to be able to lift up all parts.

RENEWED OUR POOL at Cortijo Pura
Paz

Before we started the renting, we painted the pool all new and asked for reparations of all water leaks.
Unfortunately the work hasn't been done with the necessary knowledge and care and and soon the pool started to lose water again and the paint came of... This is not the standard we would love to have. So we decided to close for 3 weeks in September, even though still being in main renting season. It turned out to be a good decision, because the pool had more problems than we knew of. But we love the result and hope our guest will be as happy as we are!

PRIVATE LITTLE WATERFALL at Cortijo Pura Paz

This sweet little waterfall is located approximately 200 meters from the house and normally only visible during the winter and early spring. You can hear the relaxing sound of the falling water from the terrace and we sure love the sound of it.

THE CHAKRA ROOMS at Cortijo Pura Paz!

We wanted this place to be unique. A place where healing is possible. Right from the start I had the idea of giving each room its own colour. After a while of thinking about the colour possibilities, I realised that there are 6 rooms plus the yoga room – 7 rooms in total. 7 rooms for the 7 chakras within our body. Perfect match! I had my colours. The rooms are even aligned the „right“ way - closest to the entrance the red room is located. The green room actually is the heart of the house, located right in the centre of the house and connecting the other rooms in its own way. Making your way through the property you will discover the yogahall at the far end, close to the mountain. It stands for the highest chakra, the crown chakra.

Whether you’re hosting a retreat, a yoga class, or a wellness event, our Yoga Hall offers everything you need for an inspiring and peaceful experience. Let the beauty and tranquility of the space support your practice and enhance your well-being.

Chakras are believed to be energy centers in the body that are associated with different physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person’s being.

There is this very special moment in the morning, when the sun rises behind the mountain and sunlight is floating over the pool terrace and through the arches. Simply love it!
