ALOJAMIENTO VACACIONAL (VV1892AS - VV2494AS)
- No podran estar en ninguno de nuestros alojamientos, personas que no sean las que alquilen las casas inicialmente.En el caso excepcional de recibir visitas del exterior, siempre sera, poniendolo en conocimiento, con anterioridad, al propietario y con su permiso o consentimiento. (Informar, no exime del cumplimiento de otras normas).Las visitas nunca podran estar en el alojamiento despues de las 22h (de la noche), ni antes de las 11h (de la mañana). No podra exceder, el numero de ocupantes, la capacidad de la casa, para la que esta equipada y fijada.
- Al finalizar la estancia, todo debera de estar igual que como estaba, a su llegada. Sin ningun tipo de daño, alteracion, recolocacion o falta.En tal caso, se descontara de la fianza. Los daños provocados (si asi ocurriera), en el alojamiento o en las zonas comunes, correran por cuenta del inquilino, en su totalidad.
- El baño o aseo es de uso exclusivo de los inquilinos.
- El cuidado y respeto de las zonas comunes, es obligacion de TOD@S. Inquilinos y visitas , estas ultimas bajo la responsabilidad del inquilino. Por lo que se deberan cuidar y respetar. No dejar tirado ni secando ropa, bolsas, basura u otras cosas, que no deben de estar en las zonas comunes (bancos, aparcamiento, portillas etc...)
- Las plazas de aparcamiento son de uso exclusivo de los alojamientos. Nunca podra aparcar utilizando mas de una plaza. Respetando la plaza de otro vehiculo que se encuentre tambien alojado.
- NO TENEMOS, servicio de fregaplatos, incluido en el precio de la estancia. Por lo que si se utiliza el menaje, debera dejarlo en el mismo estado que lo encontro (fregado y limpio).
- La ropa de cama es de uso exclusivo de los humanos (por la buena higiene de tod@s).Si quieres una manta para tu mascota, pidenosla.Es imposible quitar todos los pelitos que se quedan en las mantas para humanos, si la utiliza tu mascota.
- La casa NO podra quedar sucia en exceso, para eso estan los utensilios de limpieza. Tu mascota es bienvenida!!! Nos encantan los bichitos!!! *SIN LIMITE DE PESO,NI SUPLEMENTO POR MASCOTA
-Para la buena convivencia de todos, su mascota debera tener toda la documentacion en regla y vacunas al dia.En ningun caso, podran quedarse de forma habitual en el alojamiento sin supervision, solo de forma puntual. Y nunca, las mascotas podran utilizar la lenceria de la casa (toallas, mantas, almohadas, etc…) de las personas, por cuestion de higiene. Los dueños siempre, deberan responsabilizarse de su comportamiento (que no haya ladridos descontrolados, que puedan molestar a los vecinos, 'caquita o pis', daños en el alojamiento o zonas comunes, etc...). Conviviendo en armonia con vecinos (humanos y otras mascotas).En caso de daño o desperfecto, el huesped y/o propietaro de la mascota, correra con los gastos del desperfecto.‘Todos queremos, que los vecinos y mascotas de al lado, cumplan las mismas normas’
- SIEMPRE, antes de abandonar el alojamiento definitivamente, debera comunicarlo via whatsapp 659262628, especificando hora aproximada y asi concretar donde dejar las llaves o como entregarlas etc.... (Debera entregar la llave al finalizar el alojamiento)
Horario de recepcion/entrada SOLO SE RECEPCIONARA DE 14H A 14:30H
RESERVAS
-Para que la reserva se haga efectiva, debe de adelantar la fianza (100€) que sirve como fianza, en caso de que hubiera desperfectos, se le descontara de la misma. SI no hubiera daños, desperfectos o faltas, se le devolveria integra por cuenta bancaria (100€). Tambien debera de adelantar 100€ del importe total del alquiler, que sirven como reserva. El resto del alquiler se pagara (en metalico) a la entrega de llaves. EN CASO DE ANULACION SE LE DEVOLVERA LA FIANZA PERO EN NINGUN CASO SE DEVOLVERAN LOS 100€ DE RESERVA.
*No recibira las llaves,del alojamiento,sin haber pagado la totalidad del alquiler, del numero de noches fijadas al realizar la reserva, ni podran reducir, el numero de noches en el tiempo transcurrido hasta la fecha (debera pagarse integramente la reserva inicial) o no haber facilitado el D.N.I. de todos los huespedes, mayores del 18 años. RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR VACATION ACCOMMODATIONS
-Under no circumstance may people not on the original lease stay at the rental. In the case of
recieving visitors not on the lease, the leasee must notify the owner with advance notice to
recieve their consent. (notifying does not exempt the leasee of following the other rules). Visitors may not stay at the rental after 22hrs (10pm), nor before 11hrs (11am)
-Never exceed the maximum capacity of the rental for which it is equiped and set.
-When ending your stay, everything should be in the same condition as it was at the time of your
arrival. In the case of any damage, alteration or relocation of the rental, the amount will be
deducted from the deposit. Any damage to the rental or common areas (if it were to occur) will
be paid in full by the leasee.
-The restroom or bathroom is to be used exclusivey by the guests on the lease.
-Taking care of and respecting all common areas is everyones responsability ( leasees and
visitors). Leasees are directly responsible for actions taken by visitors. Do not leave clothes
drying, bags, trash or other objects that don’t belong in the common areas ( benches, parking
lot, gates, etc…)
-Parking spaces are exclusively for the housing community. There is parking allowed for one
vehicle per accomidation. Never park taking more than one space. Please respect the other
vehicles that are using the parking spaces.
-Keys must be returned at the end of your stay.
-We DO NOT include a dishwasher in the rental price. If any household goods are used, they
must be left in the same state in which they were found (washed and clean).
-Under no circumstance should the accomodation be left excessively dirty. That is why there are
cleaning supplies. YOUR PET IS WELCOME, WE LOVE ANIMALS!!!
-For everyones coexistence, your pet must have all its documents and vaccinations up to date. under no circumstance should they habitually be left unattended and unsupervised, only on the
rare ocassion. Pets should never use the linens that are there for peoples use because of
higene (towels,sheets,pillows,comforters, etc…). Owners must be responsible of their pets
behavior (no excessive barking that can bother the neighbors. Also pee, poop or any type of
damage to the accomodation or common areas, etc..) Living in harmony with neighbors (human
and other pets). In the case of any damage done to the accomodation or common area, the cost
of the repairs will be the sole responsability of the leasee and the pets owner. What we want is
for all of the neighbors and their pets to abide by the same rules. RESERVATIONS
-For your reservation to be confirmed, you must put down a deposit of 100 euros. This deposit
will be held in case there is any damage to the accomodation. In that case, the ammount will be
deducted from the deposit. If there is no damage or infractions, the entire amount, (100 euros)
will be deposited via bank account. The leasee must also put a 100 euro downpayment of the
lease total that will serve as a reservation. The remainder of the lease total will be paid ( in
cash) when they are handed the keys. IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLATION, THE
DOWNPAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED, BUT THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT (UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCE).
*The keys of the accomodation will never be handed over without first having paid the total
lease amount and facilitated the DNI ( ID, passport) of all leasees over 18 years of age.
