After a year living in Spain, today was the day to say goodbye to everyone and move to UK. However a twist of fate at the last minute (4 hours before flight) meant that didnt happen. So the adventure takes another twist with some unfinished business

The last wall to paint!. Its been like the Forth Rail Bridge these last few months, but now its nearly done everything painted from top to bottom, everything refurnished or replaaced and ready to accept 2021 bookings from 1st June with our new "Superior". So here in Coin we go into full lockdown. But we are safe and well and the sun is shining every day, so its easy to forget the troubles in the world for a short while at least.

At this difficult time we are all doing our best to survive and support our guests and customers, after a nightmare 6 months, 1st July things started to recover and with three weeks we were fully booked until end October.
Many new processes, cleaning and checks in place back in business.

Then the UK government imposed Quarantine and advised against all but essential travel to Spain. Sadly since then we have had many customers very upset at being unable to travel, and have provided everyone 100% refund and hope that when restrictions are lifted people will return.

However Clickstay / Villarenters agency are refusing to refund customers.

As an owner who have been a customer for over 15 years advertising with this company I am incensed by this action and I have two customers affected. Please do not book with this company again and share to your friends, booking with owner is always best, and Vrbo Homeaway, TripAdvisor, Holiday Lettings AirBnb and others are operating fairly and within the law.

report this to the CMA. This is a breach of consumer law.
