What a beautiful note my guest left when she departed this morning.

She had a Reiki session during which I rebalanced her chakras and reclaimed her energies. I asked the Reiki energies to work for her greatest and highest good (as I always do) and they directed me.

Then the following day a massage with reflexology.

The latest project here at is the pagoda and sun sail. I upcycled strong pallets for the deck, covered it with AstroTurf and asked the wood yard to cut the top rails to size when I bought them. I bought myself a new power drill as mine was 25 years old!!
I got countless screws of different sizes. I bought post sleeves but as soon as I got them home I realised they wouldn't work for this project, So I returned them and bought brackets from the local ferretería. I then realised they weren't strong enough. I bought stronger brackets online, and then I realised, that because I'm not an octopus, I wouldn't be able to hold the 2m high posts whilst I tried to secure them - especially with the beautiful strong breeze we get here!!

So this Airbnb host, recruited help and hey presto, 3½ hours later, the wonderful Leigh and Tom from Riogordo had secured it.

All that remains to do is solar fairy lights to bring extra magic!!
