Two incredible days. So many beautiful moments.

What a ride! Two unforgettable evenings filled with action, joy, incredible food, laughter, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we love what we do.

A huge THANK YOU to our friends, our wonderful guests, and our amazing team for being part of it all and bringing so much life to these two days.

And a very special thank you to our guest chefs, André & Jacob. Thank you for sharing your passion, your talent, and your creativity with us. It was a true pleasure having you in our kitchen and creating something special together.

Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to do what we love, to bring people together around a table, and to share not only food, but also joy, passion, and a little piece of our hearts.

We are grateful for what we have, for the people around us, and for every opportunity to share it with others.

Because in the end, it’s not just about what’s on the plate. It’s about the people, the connections, and the memories we create together.

Crispy aubergine, delicate romallete, sweet tomatoes and the deep, slightly caramelised notes of black garlic.

A dish built around simple ingredients, but with plenty of flavour, texture and contrast. For us, vegetarian cuisine is not about replacing something — it’s about giving vegetables the space they deserve and turning them into something truly special.

Sometimes the best evenings happen when good friends, real passion and truly great food come together.
On October 10th & 11th, that’s exactly what will happen at Cabra Blanca: I’m delighted to be creating two special evenings together with my friends and fellow top chefs André Rickert and Jacob Liebmann.
Once again we’ll take you on a culinary journey through 6 courses, shaped by our personal ideas, different influences and a whole lot of passion for what ends up on the plate.

6:30–7:00 pm · Aperitif & snacks
from 7:30 pm · 6-course menu

A TASTE OF CABRA BLANCA

We’re introducing something new at Cabra Blanca.

Every Thursday evening, we’ll be serving some of our favourite dishes from our menu in smaller portions — made for sharing, tasting and trying a little bit of everything.

So instead of choosing just one dish, you can order a few, share them with your friends, enjoy a glass of w**e and discover different flavours from our kitchen.
