No car needed as the apartment is in the town centre.
The newly reconstructed apartment has three bedrooms for 6 guests with laminate flooring.
BED SIZE: Master bedroom 2 beds 90cm/200cm; Guest bedroom 1 bed 140cm/200cm; Children's bedroom 2 beds 80cm/180cm
The arrival time is between 11 am and 8 pm. If your arrival time is different you can inform me, but there might be an additional fee.
At the apartment we leave a provision of 2 bottles of 4 liters of water, tea, sugar, coffe, olive oil, vinegar, salt, detergent and soap.
The nearest minimarket is 40 meters away.

The Space
The apartment is a unique place, located within a residential building in which all property owners are relatives. The apartment is located on the second floor in a building at the most quiet and safe area of the square and can accommodate maximum 6 people. In El Medano you have a good choice of bars and restaurants and the place is also perfect for kitesurfing and windsurfing, as you can use a free Surfcart – www.surfcart.eu
Placed 30 meters away from the square of El Médano and 40 meters away from the beach, our apartment is ideal for you to enjoy the magnificent beach and the typical for El Medano sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. You can place your board and equipment at the patio in apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms with laminate flooring, lounge-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and patio. It also has Internet connection Wi-Fi, Smart TV, kitchen with full equipmen, etc.
Great for couples, friends or family. The building is very quiet and in good condition, very close to public transport, restaurants, shops , sports centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, etc. For take-away we can recommend the sandwiches from the supermarket on the main square right next to the apartment and the pizza on the opposite side.

House Rules

• The apartment inside is non smoking area , the place for smoking is Patio - outside. Please be aware of this.
• If you are windsurfer or kitesurfer you can place your board and equipment at the Patio
• Please remember we have neighbors so please don't be loud during night and on weekends.
• Do not admit pets
• Please, take care of the furniture and the apartment, we understand that there are things that might get broken with the normal use but we expect the guests to behave as if the apartment were their own.
• Towels are not to be used for the beach. Towels and utensils should not be taken out of the apartment.
• Please turn off all electrical appliances – iron, waterheater /boiler/, hairdryer, lighting, Smart TV, stove and another kitchen appliances when you leave the apartment
• Switch for waterheater /boiler/ It is located in the corridor to another light switches near kitchen
• When you check out, dishes and glasses should be washed and garbage thrown out, the nearest place for ejection garbage is on the map / street Tenerife /
