Communal Pool,Gardens,WiFi,Free Parking and close to shops I'm the proprietor of a 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment in Estepona, Malaga which I rent out for Holiday lets and longer winter lets. It's beachfront location makes it perfect for a family or those who wants a holiday on the beach ( takes just a minute to walk there

!). It offers all the home comforts you need for a comfortable stay... Wifi, TV, books, Dvd's, all linen, towels and even beach towels!( so you can save some space in your suitcase!
2 bedrooms, cot, spacious lounge leading to sea view balcony, fully fitted kitchen an breakfast bar & family bathroom. There is a wonderful communal pool, with plenty of shaded areas under the palm trees and a small splash pool for the little ones.( This is open in summer only-June til end of September)

The urbanization has plenty of gardens,walkways and a lovely promenade( including outdoor gym) for exercise and a beach on your doorstep. We are a fully licenced apartment- complying with all Spanish laws. VFT/MA/66151

It's located on the western side of Estepona, near Hotel Elba.. making it a good base to get into the port or town( 5mins drive, or a 45 min walk along the newly built coastal path)
Supermarkets, restaurant/tapas,bar,shop burger king, pharmacy- surrounding area, within 10 min walk
Malaga airport-60 mins
Gibraltar airport 40 mins
