The well known blue flag El Cristo Beach is only 400 metres away and the vibrant old town of Estepona is a very pleasant 15 minute stroll down the Paseo Maritimo. I must say that this apartment is a MUST when you want a vacation to spain. Why waste money on an hotel when you can have an apartment right in front of the marina. Located on the first floor and when you sit on the balcony, you get the spectacular view of all the docked boats and the sea. The apartment has been fitted out to make you feel comfortable with a taste of the UK while been in spain. The flat has sky and you can watch the same thing in both the bedrooms as the living room. The place has community parking inside the gates. Once you go downstairs, everything is less than 500 yards away. the shops, the restaurants and the marina. Why rent a place in the hills when you can have everything here. The locals are great and Estepona is a really nice and friendly town. Estepona is the next town to Puerto Banus so you can catch a cab or drive which is 15mins to Puerto Banus where you can hang out, party, shop and eat. I always advise to rent a car from the airport (malaga) and drive rather than paying 100 euros to get to Puerto Banus or Estepona area. renting a car will start from around 25 euros a day and you can rent from any of the major car rental companies which are located at the airport. I can guarantee you that once you visit this place and stay in the apartment, you will surely fall in love and want to always return. There is so much to do especially on a weekend as there are bars and restaurants downstairs and its all just downstairs. The marina is a very pleasant place for a stroll, there are many cafes and restaurants to choose from. On Sunday mornings at the marina there is a popular craft market selling everthing from leatherwear to ceramics, this is great place to buy those holiday gifts!
