Whitley Neill Product Info:

Whitley Neill is an award winning gin distiller who’s family have been crafting spirits since 1762. Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ who is over 100 years old.
Only the purest water is used and each of the nine botanicals are carefully selected to ensure that they are of the highest quality. This product comes in a variety of flavours all of which we supply at Hydra. The flavours are: Original, Rhubarb and Ginger, Blood Orange, Raspberry, Parma Violet, Quince, Lemongrass and Ginger, Protea and Hibiscus, Aloe and Cucumber, Pink Grapefruit, Blackberry and Gooseberry. There are a number of ways to drink this, either the classic Gin & Tonic or mix with lemonade/ginger ale. Alternatively use the flavours to incorporate a new dimension to a classic cocktail for example a raspberry collins or a rhubarb and ginger spritz.
