Farmhouse stay and bike rental based out of our 17th Century Villa in Girona. A unique experience… One for your bucket list!

Ride new roads this year: try one of our cycle tours ... Spain or South Africa. It's not a cliché, it's a reality: we live the dream. We live and train in Spain and now we can share some of this with you. Allow us to share with you these training grounds of the professional cyclists. Ride with us on our daily routes through the Catalonian countryside, along the Costa Brava and up such peaks as Rocacorba, Els Angels and Madre de Déu del Mont. Alternately ... bring your mountain bike and we will share with you some of the back roads of South Africa, from Stellenbosch to Knysna on our Winelands, Wildlife and Water Tour. We keep it simple with outstanding day-rides, authentic local accommodation and cuisine, and good company. Whether you are a recreational rider or a racing cyclist, we will accommodate you. The nature of the group is our challenge.

My last road race. 🇿🇦❤️

A week on from Montréal, I’m still letting it all sink in. Proud of the fight I gave, grateful for 17 seasons at the highest level, and at peace with knowing the time is right.

Finishing 19th at the World Championships, aged 40, means a lot. So does stepping away knowing I still have something to give - and feeling ready to give it in a new way.

Lining up beside Hayley Preen and Lisa Bone felt like the beginning of passing the torch. I’m excited to help the next generation of South African and African riders find their way and chase their dreams.

Thank you for every beautiful message. I’ve read them all and felt so loved, even if I’m still finding my way through the replies.

One final race awaits: the Gravel World Championships in Australia. Then, a new chapter.

It’s olive harvest month at Can Campolier🫒🌿

Our olive trees are almost ready, and we can’t wait to get started.

There’s something very special about seeing the whole process: collecting the olives by hand, gathering them together, taking them to the mill and, finally, seeing that beautiful golden oil come to life.

From our trees to our kitchen, it’s a true labour of love - and one we look forward to every year.

We can’t wait to taste this year’s harvest. The finest olive oil starts right here, at home✨

Thank you to everyone who showed interest in our South Africa Gravel Tour, asked questions, shared it with friends, and ultimately decided to join us for this adventure.

We’re completely overwhelmed by the response and so excited to see this group come together for 9 nights and 8 days of gravel, incredible landscapes, good food, wildlife and, of course, plenty of time on the bike. We can’t wait for February 2027!

And while we’re already counting down to this edition, we have to admit… we’re already thinking about what South Africa 2028 could look like 👀

Meet Ainhoa, the heart of our kitchen - and very much part of the heart of Rocacorba Cycling🤍

Food has always been a big part of life here. It’s what brings us around the table, makes us sit down for a while, share a meal and, most importantly, share good conversations.

Ainhoa is at the centre of it all. Every day, she turns fresh seasonal ingredients - many of them picked straight from our garden - into the most delicious, healthy and generous food. With incredible skills in the kitchen, a lot of care and, somehow, a smile ALWAYS on her face.

She’s also our dogs’ favourite person, usually singing away in the kitchen, and quite possibly the warmest heart in the house. We’re very lucky to have her!✨
