Ride new roads this year: try one of our cycle tours ... Spain or South Africa. It's not a cliché, it's a reality: we live the dream. We live and train in Spain and now we can share some of this with you. Allow us to share with you these training grounds of the professional cyclists. Ride with us on our daily routes through the Catalonian countryside, along the Costa Brava and up such peaks as Roc

acorba, Els Angels and Madre de Déu del Mont. Alternately ... bring your mountain bike and we will share with you some of the back roads of South Africa, from Stellenbosch to Knysna on our Winelands, Wildlife and Water Tour. We keep it simple with outstanding day-rides, authentic local accommodation and cuisine, and good company. Whether you are a recreational rider or a racing cyclist, we will accommodate you. The nature of the group is our challenge.

Here at Rocacorba Cycling, our chef .micaela works with fresh, seasonal produce - much of it grown right here in our property - bringing it straight from the garden to the kitchen and, finally, to your table.

We believe food should be fresh and made to be shared. Our daily harvest-style meals celebrate what’s growing, what’s local and what’s at its best that day.
