🍷 Hi ha un grup de grecs que cada any ve a Cal Compte per organitzar un viatge gastronòmic al Priorat.
I hi ha dues coses que ens encanten d’ells.
La primera és el nom: Déu N’hi Do.
Una expressió ben catalana per a un projecte grec. Només per això ja ens van caure bé. 😉
La segona és la manera com viatgen.
No venen simplement a dormir a Cal Compte.
Venen amb una idea, un cuiner, una selecció de vins, un bon fotògraf i fins i tot la seva pròpia vaixella.
Durant uns dies transformen la casa i la fan seva per crear una experiència gastronòmica al voltant del Priorat i del vi.
I això és precisament una de les coses que més ens agrada que passin a Cal Compte: veure com cada grup troba la seva manera de viure la casa.
Al final, una taula plena, bon vi, converses llargues i gent gaudint.
Ara ja estan preparant el proper Culinary Voyage, aquest octubre.
I nosaltres tenim moltes ganes de veure què prepararan aquesta vegada.
Déu n’hi do, sou els millors 🫶🏻🍷.

🍷 There’s a group of Greeks who come back to Cal Compte every year to organise a culinary trip in Priorat.
And there are two things we love about them.
The first is their name: Déu N’hi Do.
A very Catalan expression for a Greek project. We liked them from the start just for that. 😉
The second is the way they travel.
They don’t simply come to stay at Cal Compte.
They arrive with an idea, a chef, a selection of wines, a great photographer and even their own tableware.
For a few days, they transform the house and make it their own, creating a whole culinary experience around Priorat, its food and its wines.
And that’s exactly what we love to see happening at Cal Compte.
Opening the house to a group and seeing how they find their own way of experiencing it.
They’re already preparing their next Culinary Trip for this October.
And we can’t wait to see what they create this time.
