My favourite place on the planet.We looked & looked high & low in Ibiza for a loooonnnnggggg time before we finally discovered The Ink House which literally took our breath away & was definately � at first sight. An absolutely gorgeous historic finca built in 1560 in a private estate set on the top of a hill with Sea views it is absolutely perfect inside and out. Set a top a 50,000 metres squared

hilltop, just 5 mins from Santa Gertrudis & 20 mins from Ibiza town the very very private fenced estate allows for complete privacy with remote access entrance gates into either of the 2 driveways to The Ink House. Eight double bedrooms (all kingsize beds & one which is super king), most with ensuite's, each with its own amazing character. Original Sabina ceilings, walls built with seaweed, fabulous nooks & crannies to hide away in now also updated with some more modern treats including polished concrete floors with underfloor heating and air con in the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private garden with an outdoor humongous rock bath & shower area to wash in the sunshine. Other suites inc bathroom's with a waterfall shower & another with a bath big enough for 4 built inside an original wood oven. Front outdoor terrace includes a fully functional outside kitchen with outdoor dining terrace. Two separate indoor Lounges and two separate indoor kitchens one with inside dining area joining an outdoor seating & kitchen dining terrace. Snug for relaxing & film watching or could also be used as another sleeping area if required as super cosy.

2 Covered terrace areas, 2 outside dining areas, 2 rooftop terraces, various outdoor patios, garden seating & pool chillout spaces perfect for evening soirees with dining, seating, hammock, sun beds, outdoor beanbags & many swing chairs to rela # # # # # in & soak up the sun. Shaded kids outdoor play area with netted sides large trampoline and table tennis table.
