Casa Amarillo is in a small Spanish style complex minutes from the beach. There are all the amenities nearby, beaches, restaurants and bars the complex is equipped with an exclusive pool/Childs pool, sauna and squash court. The three storey townhouse has two secure parking places, four bedrooms, one Master King with en-suite, one double, one small room with 2 singles as a double and a shower room

on the first floor. The fourth bedroom/lounge is equipped with a TV ,dvd player, dvd's, has two single beds and a double sofa bed which can sleep up to four people. It also has two private sun terraces one with four sun loungers, the other with a table and chairs . There is another terrace at the front on the ground floor overlooking the pool. At the rear is a private courtyard to enjoy al fresco dining. Fully fitted kitchen, including a washer and dishwasher. Lounge/dining room with a smart TV. The house has been updated to a high standard, ideal for families. Wifi and English tv and Spanish.

Heres to a powerful year for everyone.

Today (February 17th) celebrates the Year of the Fire Horse. The transition from the Year of the Snake in 2025, which was typically associated with letting go of outdated habits and identities, brings anticipation for a year characterised by adventure, energy, and forward momentum.
Change is always good and I just hope that horse chases this wind away once and for all!
Happy New Year, especially to our Chinese friends and neighbours.

Denia is only 20 minutes from Javea in a car. You can go on the catamaran which is 40 minutes. The boats go to Ibiza from here in 2 hours. Lots of places to see and history. Worth a visit. 🇪🇸🇪🇸
