Beautiful fully renovated house, in the center of the fishermen town of l'Escala, in the province of Girona. Available all year round.
This 4-story house is divided into 4 independent apartments with a maximum capacity of 16 people. The distribution is the following:
2 apartments of 25 m2 (270 sq ft) each with a double room, bathroom and kitchen. Each fully equipped with utensils, including bed sheets and towels.
The top apartment has access to the terrace of 20m2 (215 sq ft) with views to the town's church; equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs to sunbathe and have an aperitif.
Common washing and drying machines as well as an iron located in the top floor. Additional cleaning and washing services are available upon request.
L'Escala, one of the towns with the longest history in the Costa Brava, is surrounded by beautiful beaches and "calas". Together with the breeze of the Mediterranean sea they will invite you to a relaxing bath.
