Our new page
We moved to Las Palmas in 2015, after spending many years in Mozambique, Armenia, Russia and Tajikistan, while I was working in these or neighbouring countries.
We bought the house in 2017 as a wreck. We restored the apartment on the first floor to its original, keeping in place wooden doors, tiles, shutters on windows and stucco on the ceilings and opened guesthouse. We started renting out the rooms via Airbnb and so far we are enjoying it.
We prepared also the project for the restoration of the facade and the ground floor. It was presented to the Government of Las Palmas for approval. We hope to receive permission soon to restore the facade and then the house will be presented to the guests of Las Palmas even more beautifully than before.
